Welcome

meet & greet sessions

I currently have two openings for new clients. I invite you to book a free meet & greet session so you can see if this practice will be supportive for you. During that time we can talk about my availability and I can answer questions you might have about this practice.

I ask every potential client to meet with me before booking a paid session. You can schedule that by clicking the button below.

About this Practice

My hope and intention is to co-create a “safe enough” relational container where you can explore, understand, and engage in reparative practices that will care for your nervous systems capacity, attachment wounds, and/or developmental trauma.

The nature of an attachment based practice is different than other healing containers. This is a practice of relationship. Together we explore your attachment needs through somatic explorations, nervous system tracking, interpersonal neurobiology, parts work, and meaning making.

Because the nervous system moves at the speed of trust and attachment wounds need time to repair, I have set up my sessions and rates to be supportive of this.

My sessions are 90 minutes long enabling us to take our time settling into our session and transitioning out of a session. I also leave a spacious amount of time between my sessions so if you need a little extra time to transition, I can offer you that. My session rates are low to support us meeting every 1-3 weeks. In my experience with clients, meeting less often will not support attachment healing.

You probably will know within a few session if my approach is right for you. I fully support you doing what is most supportive for you. While I know it usually takes about 3 months of consistent sessions for the nervous system to settle and feel safe, and for us to attune to your attachment needs, sometimes you just know it’s not a good fit. I totally understand and I never require someone continue working with me. I trust you know what is best for you.
