These sessions are emergent and responsive to your arising needs and desires. While I am highly trained in many trauma and attachment healing modalities the methodology is never more important than your autonomy, agency, and wisdom.

These sessions focus on practices and supportive care for developmental and/or relational trauma by skillfully caring for the needs of your nervous system, healing attachment wounds, and nurturing secure relationships with your self, others, more-than-human kin and the world around you.

A trauma informed ritual space to explore soulful terrains which might include grief, non-ordinary experiences, altered states, psychedelic integration, disability, spiritual awakenings, and rites of passage.

Through the use of ritual practices, ancestral communion, dream tending, felt sensing, oracle cards, more-than-human relation building, and earth based wisdom teachings you can access your souls wisdom and also access guidance from your ancestors and more-than-human kin.

These ritual based sessions are offered once a month or once a season depending on your preference.

This is a non-clinical, anti-pathological, yet trained, trauma informed, and skillfully held relational container for those who identify as ASD, ADHD, AuDHD, HSP, PDA, CPTSD, gifted, twice exceptional, or other personal description.
