I live in rural Maine outside the range of cell phone service. I use email and Zoom for all my correspondence. Feel free to email me anytime. I usually respond within a week.
fees
1:1 Somatic relational healing sessions
The minimum payment for a 90 minute session is $60 and payment is required in advance. I ask that clients meet with me every 1-3 weeks. I have kept my minimum fee low to best accommodate that request.
If you are a person of means and can afford more I ask that you consider a payment of $80-120 a session which is the standard rate for this type of session.
I have completed 3 years of training and I am in my third year internship year for Somatic Attachment Therapy and I am in active supervision. This means a master practitioner guides me and supports my work with clients. I do not share identifying information but I do process sessions so that I can offer you the best possible care.

1:1 companionship for neurodiverse folks
These sessions are offered for $40 an hour and you can book online for an hour long session. If however you would like to meet for a few hours at a time just let me know and I can set that up for you.

Cancelation policy
I require 1 weeks notice for non-emergency cancelations and rescheduling. As a disabled person I am limited in my capacity to book session so each cancelation is impactful and can’t be filled without 1 weeks notice. I hope you can support me in this way and I will do my best to accommodate you too.
rural life & weather
A few times a year the power will go out and I will be unable to make any contact due to the remoteness of my location. We do not have cell phone coverage so there will be no way to inform you of an outage. Every year or so we get snowed in for an extended time without power or ability to leave the property. Please know I will reach out as soon as I am able and if I do not show up to a meeting it is due to a power outage and I will contact you as soon as I am able.
